This crushing line configuration with four sets of mobile crushers, totally two lines, 500t/h capacity. It is a typical two stage crushing line, the primary is European Jaw crusher YG1349EW86, and secondary is hydraulic cone crusher Y3S2160HP220. Raw material are crushed by European jaw crusher JC840*1100, then to the screen to sieve, the small material and final products sizes are sieve out, and large sizes material to the secondary cone crusher to crush. This make the whole line a closed circuit, to get 0-8-25-32mm final products. The whole set equipment with European advanced technology, with a steady performance, and bring large benefit for the customer’s investment.
